Your Photoshop Expert
My name is Philip Zeplin,
and I’m a Danish design student currently finishing up my masters degree at The Royal Danish Art Academies Schools for Architecture, Design, and Conservation (formerly “The Danish Design School”) in Copenhagen. I have been working with art since I was a child, and have used Adobe Photoshop for over 13 years, and currently teach in advanced Photoshop techniques.
Later, I have studied under Danish painter Charlotte Hoff, then at the Copenhagen Business School (Marketing Economics), and in 2011 I got my Bachelors at the Danish Design School. I am currently writing my Masters Thesis at the Royal Danish Art Academy, on a visual documentary on Suicide in Japan (a country that holds a special place in my heart). I have done work for several different clients, including Nicolai Bergmann Flowers and Design, through whom I was lucky enough to get to work on projects involving AVEDA and Four Seasons Hotels. I currently create courses for Envato, on their subscription based website Tutsplus Premium, where I teach in advanced level Photoshop techniques, including photo retouching, compositing, masking, and more. For a full client list, please check out my full resume or see what some clients had to say about me in testimonials.
While my specialities lie in Photoshop, I also have a strong handle on video editing, motion graphics, magazine-type setups using InDesign, and illustration work through Illustrator. Feel free to have a look at my portfolio, to see samples of the work I have done.
I also have extensive knowledge of Online Marketing, including Search Engine Optimization, Facebook Advertising and Promotion, AdWords, and BuySellAds. Over the last 3 years, I have created several YouTube channels, that have accrued close to 2 million collective views with uniquely created content.
I recently launched my new website, NovelConcept. It features a bunch of awesome Photoshop tutorials, that I highly suggest you check out! But by far the biggest hitter, is my new course on getting tons of views on YouTube, Rankify YouTube, which just “hit the web”, so to speak.
